Check the following items.

Check that the player number has been set correctly. For details, see the Operating Instructions.
Check that the LAN cable is correctly connected to the LINK terminal.
Check that the power of the switching hub is turned on.
Disconnect unnecessary devices, if any, from the switching hub.
