I can't turn on the power of the product, and no indicator lights up. Why not?

Check the batteries are properly loaded or that the USB cable is properly connected.

If you're using dry cell batteries, replace them with new ones, as they may be low on power.
If the power doesn't turn on when the USB cable is properly connected, check if the computer you're connecting to is turned on.
