I can't select tracks after logging in to my streaming service. Why not?

The following are possible causes and countermeasures:
(1) You may need to upgrade your streaming service subscription.
(2) Your USB storage device may not have sufficient free space. We recommend at least 1 GB of free space.
(3) The tracks you're trying to select may have been deleted from your streaming service. Please check they're still available.
