I can't log in to streaming services. Why not?

The following are possible causes and countermeasures:
(1) The unit is not properly connected to the internet. Please check your connection.
(2) The firmware version of the OPUS-QUAD may need to be updated.
Streaming service is supported by ver. 1.20 or later.
(3) The streaming service may not be available in your country. Please check the Streaming service website for details.
