Sometimes the jog wheel doesn’t respond well. What can I do?

Depending on the environment, such as the type of surface the controller is placed on, the jog touch sensitivity may change. 

In such a case, move your controller somewhere else or power the unit via a USB power adapter or a USB port on your computer.
