When I'm using rekordbox for Mac/Windows with the DDJ-FLX2, certain effects turn off after I turn on Smart CFX. Why?

After turning on Smart CFX, switching BEAT FX settings in the rekordbox GUI may cause certain effects to switch off. (*1)

Turn off Smart CFX, then turn on Smart CFX again.

 

*1 Examples of when an effect is no longer applied

 

- Phantom Echo is being applied and the Echo effect stopped working.

- Reflect Echo is being applied and the reverse playback sound was lost.

- Mobius Echo is being applied and the oscillator sound was lost.

- Vaporize is being applied and the reverberation effect is no longer applied.

- Noise Chopper is being applied and the sound is no longer cut off.

- Cyber Jet is being applied and the Delay effect is no longer applied.

- Cyber Pitch is being applied and the pitch stopped changing.

- Twister is being applied and the reverberation effect stopped working.
