Sound doesn't come out of my PC/Mac or the built-in speaker of my mobile device. What should I do?

■rekordbox for Mac/Windows

When PC Master Out is turned on, you can output the audio from your PC/Mac's speaker.

 

■rekordbox for iOS/Android

When the unit is connected to a mobile device via Bluetooth, sound outputs from the mobile device. If there is no audio output, adjust the volume on the mobile device.

Note:
When connecting an iPhone or iPad with a USB Type-C port, you can easily enjoy DJing with low latency without external speakers by the following methods.
Enable [Output audio from the iPhone speaker only] or [Output audio from the iPad speaker only] in [Settings] > [Audio] in rekordbox for iOS.
If enabled, audio output and some operations will be restricted as follows.
・Listening with headphones connected to the unit is not possible.
・The audio output can't be adjusted by turning the [MASTER LEVEL] knob on the unit.
・No master audio is output from the unit.
・Audio from the microphone connected to the unit won't be output from the mobile device.

 

■Serato DJ Lite

Please refer to the manual and change the settings to output the audio from your PC/Mac's speaker.

 

■djay for iOS/Android

When the unit is connected to a mobile device via Bluetooth, sound outputs from the mobile device. If there is no audio output, adjust the volume on the mobile device.

Note: Sound doesn’t output from the mobile device when the unit is connected to a mobile device via USB.

 

■djay Pro for Mac/Windows

Go to djay [Settings] > [Audio Devices] and select your PC/Mac's speaker in [Booth].
