I can’t connect the XDJ-AZ to Wi-Fi. Why?

Your network may use a 2.4GHz frequency band. The Wi-Fi frequency band for this device is initially set to [5GHz (Recommended)] in [Wi-Fi Frequency] on the [UTILITY] screen, so SSIDs in the 2.4GHz band will not be detected.

 

To use a 2.4-GHz SSID with this unit, set [Wi-Fi Frequency] to [2.4GHz/5GHz].

・Check that the signal strength between the unit and the wireless LAN router is OK. (Make sure that at least 3 antennas are displayed on the unit.)

If you selected an SSID from the list of available SSIDs, make sure the password is set correctly.

 

When you select [MANUAL INPUT] and input an SSID manually, check that the SSID and password are set correctly.

When you select [MANUAL INPUT] and input an SSID manually, check that the security type of your wireless LAN router matches the [Security] setting on the [MANUAL INPUT] screen.

If you don't know what type of security your wireless LAN router supports, select [AUTO] in the [Security] setting on the screen.
