The Power does not turn on ([QUANTIZE] button is blinking). What's wrong here?

If the unit isn't properly powered, The [QUANTIZE] button will blink to protect the unit.

Turn the power button off, unplug the power cord from the outlet, plug it back in after at least 1 minute, and turn the power button on.
