I can't monitor sound before loading a track (Touch Preview feature). Why not?

You can’t monitor the sound of tracks if their format prevents them from being loaded to the decks.

Also, you can't use Touch Preview with Apple Music tracks if you have Apple Music tracks loaded on all 4 decks. In this case, eject a track from a deck via the touchscreen, and you'll be able to use Touch Preview with Apple Music again.
