The volume and the quality of the sound change for several seconds immediately after disconnecting and reconnecting a specific device via Bluetooth while playing music (after a while, it returns to normal, though.) Why?

As of March 2024, we've confirmed that this problem occurs in combination with the following equipment:
・DELL INSPIRON 7391 (laptop computer)
In this case, stop playing music before reconnecting and start playing music after reconnecting.
