Can I connect the unit and PC/Mac using a USB hub?

Connect the unit directly to a PC/Mac USB port.
Please note that, if connected via a USB hub, this may cause noise or malfunction.
If you have to use a USB hub due to the number of USB ports on your PC/Mac, use the product recommended by the manufacturer of your PC/Mac.
