The red lights on the level indicators for channels 1, 2, 3, and 4 are flashing and the unit doesn't work properly. Why is this happening?
The power supply capacity of the PC/Mac connected to the USB port (for device connection) may be insufficient.
If you're connecting to the USB Type-C port of a PC/Mac, make sure the power adapter of your PC/Mac is connected to an outlet.
If other USB devices are connected to your PC/Mac, the power supply to the unit may be insufficient.
When connected to the USB Type-A port of a PC/Mac, make sure that a USB power adapter or mobile battery with a maximum voltage of 24V or less and DC 9V 3A is connected to the USB port (for power supply) of the unit.
