Sound skips, cuts, or is affected by unwanted noise. What should I do? [rekordbox for iOS/Android]

Try the following:

■ When using rekordbox for Android, if the buffer size is too low, sound cutting or unwanted noise may occur.
You can adjust the buffer size in rekordbox for Android [Settings] > [Audio] > [Buffer size].
First, select a large value such as 1024. If the problem clears up, adjust to a value small enough that you can’t feel a delay (latency).
*The appropriate value depends on the system environment.
NOTE: There is no buffer size setting item in rekordbox for iOS.


■Some Android devices may not connect correctly and the stereo sound may not output normally.
In this case, set [Android MONO/STEREO] to [MONO] on the rear panel.


■The environment you're using the mobile device in may be a factor.
The following may solve the issue:
- Update your rekordbox app to the latest version
- Turn off the mobile device and turn it on again
- Quit all other applications
- Try disabling the wireless network or other wireless connections, antivirus application, low-power mode, etc. (Before quitting antivirus security software, disable the internet connection to ensure the security of your mobile device.)


NOTE: Some Android models may have model-specific problems that can't be resolved.
