The Bluetooth connection isn't working. What should I do?
Check if one of the below cases applies and follow the relevant instructions
■ The straight cable is connected to the headphones
When the straight cable is connected, the Bluetooth function is disabled.
■ The Bluetooth device isn’t paired with the headphones
1. When you connect the headphones to a Bluetooth device for the first time, you need to pair them.
2. When 8 or more Bluetooth devices have been paired with the headphones, the headphones start to forget the previously paired devices – starting with the oldest pairing – each time a new device is paired. To reconnect a device that's been forgotten, you need to pair it again.
For details, see [Connecting via Bluetooth] in the Instruction Manual.
You can read the Instruction Manual [here].
■ The headphones have connected to a Bluetooth device I used previously
If the headphones are near to a Bluetooth device they were previously connected to, they may automatically connect to the device when you turn them on. To connect to a different Bluetooth device, turn off the Bluetooth function of the connected device or turn off the headphones and pair them again.
■ The headphones are being affected by something in the surrounding environment
Check if there are any devices nearby, such as microwave ovens or wireless radios, emitting electromagnetic waves in the 2.4 GHz frequency band, or if there are any obstacles in the area.
