The SonicLink connection fails. Why?

This problem may be caused by one of the following issues.

■ The straight cord is connected to the headphones.
The SonicLink function is turned off when the straight cord is connected to the headphones.

■The headphones are influenced by the surrounding environment
Check if there are any devices nearby, such as microwave ovens or wireless radios, emitting electromagnetic waves in the 2.4 GHz frequency band, or if there are any obstacles in the area.
Bring the transmitter within approximately 1 m of the headphones.

■Multiple SonicLink products are in use at the same time.
When using 2 or more pairs of headphones, you'll need to keep them at a sufficient distance from each other.
