When I connect a device to my headphones via Bluetooth, the sound is sometimes interrupted; e.g. I can hear unwanted noises or there are other problems.
Check if one of the below cases applies and follow the relevant instructions
■ Interference between the headphones and Bluetooth device
If there's a wall between the headphones and the Bluetooth device, communication will be obstructed. Move the device to a place where the sound isn't interrupted.
■ Excessive loads on Bluetooth equipment
If you're using a Bluetooth device such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop and you're running more than one app, the device's load may increase and this could interfere with radio wave transmission.
Reduce the load on the device, for example by closing apps you're not using.
■ Excessive load on Wi-Fi
If your Bluetooth device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network that several other devices are using, it can cause problems with communication between your headphones and the device.
Only use one device with your Wi-Fi network at any time.
■ Interference from electromagnetic waves from microwave ovens or other devices
These problems may occur if you're using a microwave oven, wireless LAN router, cordless phone, or other device that generates 2.4 GHz radio waves nearby.
Use the headphones in a place that's not affected by these devices.
