The volume doesn't change even when I turn the Master Isolator knobs. Why not?

Check that the [BOOST LEVEL] switch isn't set to [0].

When set to [0], the volume doesn't change, even if you turn the [LOW], [MID], or [HI] knob for the Master Isolator to the right of the 12 o'clock position.
