The problem may be one of the following:
1. The Bluetooth function on the Bluetooth device isn't turned on.
-> Turn on the Bluetooth function on the device.
2. The unit and the Bluetooth device are unpaired.
-> You need to pair the unit and the Bluetooth device.

3. The unit is connected to the last connected device.
-> If you turn on [Bluetooth], the unit is automatically connected to the last connected device.
If you want to use another Bluetooth device, you'll need to pair it with the unit.
4. The surrounding environment affects the connection.
-> Check that there are no nearby devices (microwave ovens, wireless devices, etc.) that generate electromagnetic waves in the 2.4 GHz band, or obstacles that block radio waves.
Move the unit closer to the Bluetooth device (within 20 m).
5. The unit can’t pair with a Bluetooth device.
-> Connected device information may remain on either the mobile device or the unit.
 Delete the device information from both the mobile device and the unit and pair them again.
・Connection may not be possible due to compatibility issues between the Bluetooth device and the unit.
