Why can't I turn on the power even if I plug in the supplied AC adapter?

When the battery charge level is extremely low, the power can't be turned on even if the supplied AC adapter is plugged in.

In this case, if you press and hold the power button and then release your finger, the power button will light up in red.

Charge the battery for a while, then turn it on again.
