No sound is output when the unit and a device are connected via Bluetooth. Why not?

Please check the following:

■ When using Bluetooth input

1. Check if the paired device is playing music.

2. Check if the volume isn't too low on the unit or the paired device.

■ When using Bluetooth output

1. Check if the volume isn't too low on the unit or the paired device.

2. Turn off the Bluetooth function, turn it on again, and make the Bluetooth connection (*).

After completing the connection, check each volume level before starting playback.

*If connected to a multipoint Bluetooth device, connect one-to-one.
