When I connect my device to a DJM Series mixer and start live streaming, the track/artist names don't appear in the Now Playing contents. What should I do?

Below are the products that support the display and saving of track and artist names when you use at least one multi player with one of the mixers. The feature won't work if you use other products in combination with them.

The supported firmware version for each model is as follows.

・CDJ-3000X all versions
・CDJ-3000 ver. 1.05 or later
・DJM-V10 ver. 1.08 or later
・DJM-V10-LF ver. 1.08 or later
・DJM-A9 ver. 1.01 or later

 

If the problem persists and the models and firmware versions are supported, check that the mixer and multi players are properly connected via PRO DJ LINK using a LAN hub, etc.
When connecting to rekordbox for Mac/Windows, please check if PRO DJ LINK is connected in Export mode. The display feature is not supported when HID is connected in Performance mode.
You may solve the problem by restarting the app.

Note: The display feature is not supported with an HID connection using DJ software other than rekordbox.
