I can't charge the battery. Why not? (The battery indicator keeps blinking.)

Depending on the conditions of use and surrounding temperature, battery charging may not start even if the supplied AC power cord is connected to the speaker. In this case, all LEDs on the battery indicator will keep blinking.

This is because the battery's temperature rise protection function is activated, and charging isn't possible for safety reasons.

Note: After about 15 minutes, the battery indicator will start blinking normally and charging will begin.

Note: Time is approximate and depends on the conditions of use.

If the battery can't be charged even after a certain amount of time has passed, follow the steps below:

1. Move the speaker to a place with a lower temperature (room temperature below 25℃ (77℉) and above 10℃（50℉）).

2. Turn off the power of the speaker.

3. Wait for about 15 minutes and recharge the battery again.

If the battery still can't be charged (all LEDs on the battery indicator keep blinking), the battery may be damaged.
