The problem may be caused by one of the following issues:
1. The Bluetooth function on the connected Bluetooth device (e.g., mobile device) isn't turned on.
-> Turn on the Bluetooth function on the device.
2. The speaker and the Bluetooth device aren't paired.
-> You need to pair the speaker and the Bluetooth device.
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speaker for at least 3 seconds to enter Pairing mode. The LED will double-blink repeatedly.
Please perform pairing for the Bluetooth device while the speaker is in this state.
For details, see the Instruction Manual > [Pair and connect with a Bluetooth device].
You can read the Instruction Manual [here]
3. The unit is connected to the most previously connected Bluetooth device.
-> If a Bluetooth device that was last connected is nearby, it may automatically connect to the speaker. If you'd like to use another Bluetooth device, press the Bluetooth button on the speaker for at least 3 seconds to pair it again.
4. The surrounding environment affects the connection.
-> Check there are no devices (microwave ovens, wireless devices, etc.) that generate electromagnetic waves in the 2.4 GHz band, or an obstacle that blocks radio waves, near the speaker.
Move the speakers closer to the Bluetooth device (no more than 10 meters away).
