I can't establish a Bluetooth/SonicLink pairing. Why not?

Follow these steps if you can't pair the speaker with your Bluetooth device:
1. Make sure the device supports a Bluetooth connection.
-> Pairing isn't possible with unsupported devices.
2. Check that the Bluetooth function of the device is enabled.
-> If not, enable it.
3. Make sure that the speaker is in Bluetooth Pairing mode.
-> If not, press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds to switch to Bluetooth Pairing mode.
4. Reboot the Bluetooth device.
-> After rebooting, perform pairing from the beginning.
5. While the power is on, press and hold the Bluetooth button and SonicLink button for at least 5 seconds, and at the same time, press the power button. The Bluetooth indicator and the SonicLink indicator blink, then turn off, and the speaker is reset to its default settings.
-> After the reset is complete, turn on the power and start pairing from the beginning.

1. Make sure the transmitter is in Pairing mode.
-> If not, press and hold the transmitter pairing button for 3 seconds to switch to Pairing mode.
2. Make sure that the speaker is in SonicLink Pairing mode.
-> If not, press and hold the SonicLink button for 3 seconds to switch to SonicLink Pairing mode.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth button and the SonicLink button at the same time for at least 5 seconds while the power is on. The Bluetooth indicator and the SonicLink indicator blink, then turn off, and the speaker is reset to its default settings.
-> After the reset is complete, turn on the power and start pairing from the beginning.
