We have identified an issue where DDJ-SR is not recognized by Serato DJ Pro even after the application is launched on some Windows PC.

Serato Flip is available on Serato DJ Pro 1.7.0.

Please note that the following unexpected behaviors occur when using the PAD PLUS mode.
- When a PAD where no FLIP is saved or PAD7/ PAD8 is pressed, the LED of such a PAD flashes.
- When you select SAVED FLIP mode -> another mode -> COMBO FX mode, and then press the HOT CUE button, SAVED FLIP mode is enabled.

When Serato DJ Pro is launched after it is installed, a yellow icon saying “BUY/ACTIVATE” might be displayed in the License panel on the right side of the Serato DJ Pro screen. DDJ-SR users do not have to activate or buy Serato DJ Pro. If you tick the check box of [DO NOT SHOW AGAIN] and click [Online], the icon will disappear thereafter.

- Operation is not guaranteed on all computers, even if all the required operating environment conditions indicated here are fulfilled.
- Depending on the computer’s power-saving settings, etc., the CPU and hard disk may not provide sufficient processing capabilities. For laptop in particular, make sure the computer is in the proper conditions to provide constant high performance (for example by keeping the AC power connected) when using Serato DJ Pro.
