I have connected my equipment with RCA analog cables and digital cables, but no sound is produced. What could be the cause for this?

The pin plugs may not be fully inserted into the jacks. Try the following:

Loosen the chucking a little by turning the outside of the plug clockwise, then push the plug all the way in. Now turn the outside of the plug counterclockwise to chuck it.
