Can't I charge an iPhone/iPad using this cable?

Please check the following:

1) Is your DDJ-WeGO3 only USB bus powered?

Only when an AC adaptor is connected to this cable, you can charge an iPhone/iPad.

Please connect this cable and an AC adaptor before connecting an iPhone/iPad to this cable.

2) Is the power of iPhone/iPad turned on?

If the power of an iPhone/iPad is turned off, you cannot charge the iPhone/iPad.

Turn on the power of an iPhone/iPad and connect it to this cable.

3) Check the battery percentage of your iPhone/iPad.

When you cannot turn on the power of an iPhone/iPad due to dead battery, the iPhone/iPad cannot be charged.

Please charge an iPhone/iPad using the power adaptor exclusively for iPhone/iPad and turn on the power of iPhone/iPad before connecting to this cable.
