I cannot play back songs on my MEP-7000 from libraries that were created with Library Creator.

Library Creator registers all files that have an appropriate file extension into a library. However, even though a file has been registered in a library, its format may prevent it from being played back on the MEP-7000. Please refer to the user's manual for your MEP-7000 to check file formats that are compatible with the MEP-7000.
