On Library Creator, an error (Can only create a Library in the Root Directory. Error Code: E-01) is displayed and I cannot create a library.

This displays when a folder other than Root Directory has been dragged and dropped. Drag and drop the Root Directory of the USB memory device or USB hard disk.
