On Library Creator, an error (Error occurred while creating library data. Error Code: E-03) is displayed and I cannot create a library.

This displays when an error has occurred during library data creation. Re-insert the USB memory device or USB hard disk into the computer, or try using a different USB memory device or USB hard disk.
