On Library Creator, an error (Cannot make the library for multiple devices. Error Code: E-05) is displayed and I cannot create a library.

This displays when multiple drives have been dragged and dropped. Try creating the library by dragging and dropping the Root Directory of a single USB memory device or USB hard disk.
