On Library Creator, an error ([\D:] is not supported device. Error Code: E-06) is displayed and I cannot create a library.

This displays when unsupported drives such as USB memory devices or USB hard disks formatted by CD drives or NTFS are dragged and dropped. Try using a drive that has a format supported by this software.
