I have added an audio card to my computer. The original audio card device cannot be used and both cards cannot be used simultaneously.

Two audio card devices cannot be simultaneously used (no guarantee of proper operation). Check the specifications of your audio card device. Some computers may not allow use of an internal audio card and a PIC audio card.
