Attempts to use DJS for line ripping displays an "Invalid recording setting selected" error message and prevents line ripping.

Certain combinations of sampling rates and bit rates may not enable ripping. For example, a 16 kHz sampling rate allows ripping only in VBR while a 22/24 kHz sampling rate allows ripping at 80 kbps and in VBR. In Preferences, be sure to select a setting in "About line input recording/music CD" that permits ripping.
