When I use DJS for ripping the CD information cannot be acquired.
The CD information may not display correctly if the CD database service has been terminated or DISContinued. Should this happen, select an available CD database and check operation. The steps for changing CD database are listed below.
1) Click [File; Preferences] in the menu at the top of DJS.
2) Click [Ripping] and then [About music CD].
3) Enter the CD database URL in the [URL for CD information].
4) Click [OK].
Under DJS specifications, the CD database is provided by external services. It may therefore be difficult for us to identify the real cause of the connection problem.
For details, please check the announcements from your CD database service.
If you are unable to find the necessary information, it may be that the CD database you are using contains no CD information on the CD concerned. Try ripping another CD and see if it works. Or try a different CD database and see if it works.
