A "Log in using an administrator account" message appears indicating that installation is not possible.

The actual message displayed depends on whether you are using Windows Vista, Windows X or Windows 2000. Check the user manual supplied with your operating system.

For Windows Vista

Right-click on the DJS shortcut icon and display Properties. Under the Compatibility tab, you will find Privilege Level. Select the Run this program as administrator check box. Click OK. Launch DJS after the dialog closes. Check whether you can proceed to Online User Registration.

For Windows XP

You can only install software if you are the Computer administrator. Check that Computer administrator is selected for the account type in User Accounts in Control Panel.

For Windows 2000

To install software, you have to be a member of the Administrators group. Check that Administrators is selected for the account type in Users and Passwords in Control Panel.
