What are the system requirements (operating environment) for DJS?

Operating system requirements
DJS supports the following Microsoft (r) Windows (r) operating systems
Windows Vista (r) Home Basic/Home Premium/Ultimate/Business
Windows (r) XP Home Edition/Professional
Windows (r) 2000 Professional (SP4)
*DJS is not supported on 64-bit OS (Windows® XP Professional x64 edition or Windows Vista® 64-bit edition).
System Requirements (minimum operating environment)
DJS can be used on PC/AT compatible machines that satisfy the following minimum requirements.
-Intel® Pentium® M (or compatible processor) 1.5 GHz or more
For Windows Vista® users
Intel® Core™2 Duo (or compatible processor) 1.5 GHz or more
-RAM: 512 MB or more
For Windows Vista® users
RAM: 1 GB or more
-Available hard disk space (excluding space for saving MP3 files etc.): 250 MB or more
-Disk drive with CD-ROM import capability and music CD (CD-DA) playback capability
-Audio output: 2ch or more (built-in or external sound card or audio unit)
-Video adapter and monitor, XGA (1024x768 pixels or more), high color (16-bit or more)
-Internet connection (communication speed: 56 Kbps or higher)
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, or 128-bit SSL-compliant web browser
*Pioneer does not guarantee operation on all computers that satisfy the above operating environment.
*Even if the computer has the required available memory mentioned in the above operating environment, depending on the number of resident programs and services, the functions and performance of the software may not be fully demonstrated due to insufficient space. In this case, you are recommended to shut down the resident programs or services to free up memory space, or add more memory to ensure stable operation.
*Depending on the computer’s power-saving settings, the processing ability of the CPU or hard disk may not be fully demonstrated. Particularly if you use a laptop computer, you are recommended to use an AC power source when using the DJS in high-performance settings.
*Depending on the type of software you use in combination with DJS, DJS may be adversely affected.
*DJS is not supported on Macintosh computers (including Macintosh computers equipped with Intel CPU).
*To connect a Pioneer CDJ-400 (Compact DISC Player) to your computer and use it in combination with DJS, you will need a USB port (USB 1.1 or later). For details, check the users manual of the product.
