When you slowly move your palm over the jog dial, it may respond even though you don't touch it, depending on the detection sensitivity setting.

Keep your hand away from the jog dial except to touch it.

- In the [UTILITY] settings, adjust the jog dial’s sensitivity at [TOUCH SENSE LEVEL DECK 1] or [TOUCH SENSE LEVEL DECK 2].
