I can perform operations with Virtual DJ LE, but no sound is output (the unit is not recognized as an audio device). The DDJ-ERGO is recognized on the computer.

If multiple USB devices (such as a mouse, keyboard, etc.) are connected to the same USB bus system on the computer or to a USB hub, Virtual DJ LE may not operate properly due to problems in the USB bus bandwidth or conflicts between the USB devices.

In such cases, changing the USB ports used for connection can sometimes improve the problem.
