There's no sound or the volume is low. Why?

Check the following:

1. Is the cable connected correctly? Connect the cable to the DJ mixer or amplifier phono input. For details, refer to [Connections] in the Instruction Manual.

2. Are the terminals or plugs dirty? Clean the terminals and plugs before making connections. Clean the contact point between the headshell and tone arm before making connections.

3. Is the headshell attached properly? Be sure to attach it correctly. For details, refer to [Setup] in the Instruction Manual.
