Audio distortion, glitches, clicks, dropouts or noise

Please check the following items:
1. Is your computer spec above the minimum requirements for the DJ software?
  Please see the following website of DJ applications for details of the minimum requirements.
  -For djay for Mac
  -For Serato DJ
  -For TRAKTOR PRO 2
  -For VirtualDJ
2. Is the buffer size appropriately adjusted?
  Please adjust the buffer size to avoid any noise or distortion.

   -For TRAKTOR PRO 2

3. Are the input levels of MIC and other connected devices appropriate?

4. Isn't the Master Tempo turned on?
  When the Master Tempo is turned on,
  sound quality sometimes changes depending on tracks you play due to the key control process for keeping the same key.
  This is not a defect but a normal process which is unavoidable.
5. Don't you use a USB hub?
  Please do not use a USB hub. Please connect DDJ-WeGO3 directly to your computer's USB terminal.
6. Don't you have other applications run background?
  Please close all the applications including a screen saver and resident software.
  (Please ensure the internet access is cut off to secure your computer
  before closing the virus security software.)
7. Is the USB cable correctly connected?
  Please connect your computer to DDJ-WeGO3 using the included USB cable.
8. Is your computer on power saving mode?
  Please cancel the power saving mode of your computer.
9. Does your computer have Bluetooth or other wireless connection?
  Please turn off Bluetooth or other wireless connections.
10. Aren't any other USB devices than DDJ-WeGO3 connected to your computer?
  Please disconnect all the USB devices including external hard discs and key boards from your computer.
  Then, check how it works.
11. When your computer has multiple USB ports, please try using another port to check how it works.
