Music files in AAC format (.m4a) cannot be played. They cannot be loaded to a crate and/or a deck. [Serato]

QuickTime of Apple is needed to play the music files in AAC format.

Please install QuickTime into your computer.

Please delete the tracks with exclamation marks which were not able to be played because QuickTime was not installed. Then, import them again.

If such tracks are in the iTunes Library, after installing QuickTime,

please uncheck the following checkbox and check it again.

Launch Serato DJ.

Uncheck [Show iTunes Library] from [Library+Display] on [SETUP] window

[For Serato DJ Intro]

Launch Serato DJ Intro.

Uncheck [Show iTunes Library] in SETUP window.

iTunes should be updated to the latest version.
