When you first connect DDJ-WeGO3 and a computer or change the USB port on the computer, a message [Installing device driver software] may be displayed. In such a case, please wait until finishing the installation. Even if the message [Device driver software is not successfully installed] appears, it does not affect the controller at all. Please click [for details] in the error message to show the details to ensure the device driver software other than [iAP Interface] is correctly installed. Then, go on to the next step.
