Be sure to follow the steps below to launch Serato DJ Intro.

1. Connect DDJ-WeGO3 and a computer using a USB cable included in the box of DDJ-WeGO3.

2. Turn on the power of DDJ-WeGO3 and wait until the startup illumination is finished.

3. Launch Serato DJ Intro.

Also, do not connect or disconnect the cable while any device is running.

If the cable is connected or disconnected at this time, a loud sound may be produced, potentially damaging the devices.
