djay 2/vjay for iPhone/iPad cannot be controlled by DDJ-WeGO3. [djay for iOS]

Please follow the steps below to connect and launch the devices.

1. Connect DDJ-WeGO3 with its power off and iPhone/iPad using a iPhone/iPad connecting cable.

2. Press the [STANDBY/ON] button to turn on the power of this controller.

3. Wait until the startup illumination is finished.

4. Launch djay 2/vjay for iPad/iPhone.

5. Ensure the logo of Pioneer DJ is shown.

Note: Please remove a cover or a case from your iPhone/iPad when you connect it to the controller. If you use such a iPhone/iPad case in the above Step 1, the connector of the cable may not be fully inserted into iPhone/iPad, which may cause loose connection.
