Audio distortion, glitches, clicks, dropouts or noise
Check the following items.
1. Does your computer meet the system requirements of the DJ software?

When using TRAKTOR PRO 2
When using VirtualDJ
2. Is the buffer size adjusted appropriately?
->Adjust the buffer size so that noise is not output.
For the adjustment procedure, see the link below.
When using rekordbox :
Troubleshooting - rekordbox > Sometimes audio dropout or noise occurs.
When using TRAKTOR PRO 2 :
Troubleshooting - TRAKTOR 2 > During playing a track, I can hear audio dropout or a noise.
When using VirtualDJ :
Troubleshooting - VirtualDJ > During playback, the sound is interrupted or there is noise.
3. Is the input level of the microphone or other connected device appropriate?
Troubleshooting - VirtualDJ > Microphone output sound is distorted.
4. Is the master tempo function on?
->When the master tempo function is on, the sound quality changes because key control processing is performed to keep the key constant.
This change in sound quality is in accordance with the specifications of the product and is not a failure.
5. Are you using a USB hub?
->A USB hub cannot be used. Be sure to connect this unit directly to a USB port on the computer.
6. Are other applications running?
->Exit all other applications including the screen saver and resident software.
(When you will exit antivirus and other security software,
be sure to perform this check with the Internet connection disconnected to ensure the security of your computer.)
7. Is the USB cable connected properly?
->Connect the computer and DDJ-WeGO4 using the included USB cable.
8. Is your computer set to power saving mode?
->Cancel the power saving mode of your computer.
9. Does your computer have a wireless LAN function or Bluetooth function?
->Turn off the wireless LAN function or Bluetooth function.
10. Are USB devices other than DDJ-WeGO4 connected?
->Remove external hard disks and the keyboard (for some models), etc. to check the status with only the built-in hard disk.
11. Does the computer have multiple USB ports?
->Check using a different USB port.
