Audio glitches (connection noise) may be heard using with this controller when iPhone/iPad is used for calling and data transmission. When you observed this symptom, please change the location or orientation of iPhone/iPad.

If the problem still continues after taking the above measures, please disable mobile data access of iPhone/iPad and access Wi-Fi instead, or enable the Airplane mode.

If you do not use MIC, please lower the [MIC VOL] knob.
