The iPhone/iPad cannot be recharged.

Check the following items.

1) Are you using the unit on USB bus power?

An iPhone/iPad can be recharged only when the unit is connected to the AC adapter.

Connect the AC adapter to the unit.

2) Is the unit connected to the computer?

The unit can be connected to either only a computer or only an iPhone/iPad at one time. Disconnect the computer so that only the iPhone/iPad is connected.

3) Is the power of the iPhone/iPad off?

If the power of the iPhone/iPad is off, the iPhone/iPad cannot be recharged.

Turn on the power of the iPhone/iPad, and then connect the iPhone/iPad to the unit.

4) Does the iPhone/iPad have no battery power remaining?

An iPhone/iPad cannot be recharged when the power cannot be turned on because the iPhone/iPad has no battery power remaining.

Use the battery charger included in the iPhone/iPad to recharge the iPhone/iPad, turn on the power, and then connect the iPhone/iPad to the unit.

5) Is the [STANDBY/ON] indicator flashing?

Disconnect the connected iPhone/iPad, and then reconnect the iPhone/iPad connection cable.
