The Android device does not recognize DDJ-WeGO4. Or, DDJ-WeGO4 cannot control djay for Android. [djay for Android]

Check the following items.

1) Control may not be possible depending on the USB adapter cable used.

Check the information on the USB adapter cables for which operation has been verified at the link.

2) To connect the Android device with DDJ-WeGO4, the Android device must support the USB host mode.

DDJ-WeGO4 cannot be used as a MIDI controller with a device that does not support USB host mode.

For whether your Android device supports USB host mode, check with the Android device manufacturer.

3) There is a known issue where DDJ-WeGO4 cannot be recognized properly when OK is selected in the "Do you want to open djay when this USB device is connected?" dialog box on some models. algoriddim GmbH is currently investigating this issue.

4) Please check "Using djay 2 for Andoid > Connections > When the version of your Android device is 6.0, 5.1 or 5.0" in the Operating Instructions.
